First things first, Luz in the office is amazing! She helped us so much and so many times figure out the best unit for our needs. Always smiling and finds us the best deal. She's a wizard with all that! We truly appreciate her.

The facility itself is clean and bright and secure. The climate control is for real and keeps the temperature moderate in summer and winter. A few nit picks.: when busy, there aren't enough dollys and parking is really limited.

Last, ALL storage unit facilities use the same principle of getting you in at a great promo rate, then once you're in, raise the rate (consistently) once you get used to being there. I really hate that about the industry but no facility is immune from that. For a clean, truly temperature controlled facility with a great staff helping you can't do better than this place.
