The storage facility is clean, secure, temp controlled, and the staff is very friendly…everything you’re looking for. I’m no longer a customer but would be had it not been for a corporate structure that exploited its customers.
I upgraded the size of my unit to 5x10 and was paying $94 in 2022. Within 2.5 years, I’ve had three rates increases, and was most recently paying $167. That’s a 78% increase. Corporate does this because they can I suppose but they would have retained a customer had they not been greedy. That’s like a landlord raising your rent from $1,500/month to $2,300 in a two year span. Not proportionate with inflation, typical annual salary raises, etc., and purely based on squeezing more out of its customers to satisfy investors/share holders. Seems pretty shortsighted and lazy.
Maybe it’s like this with all storage unit companies given the inherent hassle of having to move out and make a switch (I’m renting a UHaul to move into my new one), but I’m switching companies in hopes of finding more reasonable, and less greedy “landlords”. I found a unit the same size for $60/month.
If you’re considering getting a unit at this location, feel free to. It’s a nice and well run facility but you can expect to experience steep hikes in the monthly payment and feeling stuck and taken advantage of.

Excellent service in an undifferentiated market. Rented for several months- service was great- Jack even contacted me one day after I was there once to tell me that I incorrectly locked the locker once. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Would recommend this location to anyone!
