Extra Space Storage

Solid 2 star because the location is great, but the bait in increase of price is almost a scam. Been with them since September 2022. Started out with the rate of $93.83 monthly. Within 4 months in (January 2023), price increased to $152.47. Not even a year, price increases again to $196.19 (October 2023). Not even a year again, increases to $213.25 (July 2024). Made my last payment and finally decided to move out (March 2025) and going across the street to CubeSmart; they’re giving me the price when I first started with here back in 2022.
FYI, they don’t do refund if you move out early either, so keep in mind when you move out from their location.
