Overall positive experience.
I always delt with 'Kaye' in both HoHoKus as well as westood. Kaye was always friendly, helpful and courteous! I just closed out my unit with the current westwood manager and he was much the same friendly, helpful and courteous.
The reason I moved out was that the rates became ridiculously expensive/ unaffordable!
EXTRA SPACE STORAGE definitely has a BATE & SWITCH marketing practice that is DECEPTIVE & UNETHICAL!
RENTERS BEWARE!
