Great communication, really loved it

Price is great, signing up online was easy, staff is pleasant and accommodating, unit and surrounding area are clean— my experience with Extra Space Storage has been great so far! The only thing I have a slight issue with is that I have to get really close to the curb to reach the keypad to open the gate and sometimes someone is trying to get out when I’m trying to get in, but that’s minor.

Great service!! all of my question were answered in a clear and polite manner. I felt they were really looking out for me and for my benefit. Blanche is terrific!!

Blanche at extra space has made our process to upgrade units so seamless. We had her last time we started renting here, and I am so happy we got the pleasure of having her again.
