Extra Space Storage

Under new ownership, used to be Life Storage where I was extremely satisfied for 3+ years. Went with a competitor for my storage needs since the new operating staff is unpleasant. The property manager is rude on phone and in person, no interest in servicing their clients, very “take it or leave it”, condescending and uncaring for my business attitude.

Upon close-out visit to the office, I was told to leave it unlocked and I’ll get an email when asking about officially closing my account. Asked to wait for an email to confirm whenever that happens, cool. Asked to use restroom to wash hands and was told it’s not a public bathroom. No sanitizer in sight. Good looking out for your customers.

Unacceptable lack of basic customer service skills. I would’ve appreciated a receipt that they confirmed the unit was empty, floor-swept condition and account is officially closed.

Love the new spot, night and day compared to this unpleasant experience for basic storage needs.

Best storage facility! Super accommodating and easy to work with. Nicole has been a big help especially. This will be my primary storage facility for the foreseeable future.
