I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Extra Space Storage Neptune. Everyone is always very kind and helpful., in person and on the phone. The facility is clean. Although I hope to be out of there soon, I appreciate that they are there!

They were very accommodating in assisting my organization with a very high pending rate change. In the end, we were able to stay in our existing unit with a nominal increase. Very professional and overall a great experience!
