I attempted to rent a unit at the Stanhope location. After waiting almost 20 minutes for my turn at the desk, I was inquiring about two units. I was basically shrugged off for my choices because I wanted to see the units. I'm not exactly sure what the problem was I was just looking to spend money I figured I was in the right place for a storage unit. Once I was brought to the location of the units I was basically yelled at to go inside in front of the woman (Nicole) that I tried to hold the door for as a gentleman. Maybe she was scared to go in front of me I can't really answer for her. But it did add to the already egregious experience I was having with this company. When we got back to the office, I asked if I could go ahead and rent the unit that I had chose. The larger one as a matter of fact. I was told to just go online and figure it out. I had just one more question as I started to do it there in the office and was basically rushed out. I went out in the parking lot to finish the application there in case I had any more questions. I did. 20 minutes later no one was in the office still and I left. Obviously I won't be getting a unit there not that I wouldn't have even with all of that rudeness. I figured if it's this hard to get a unit while I'm trying to give them my money, imagine how hard it would be to get something done if there was some kind of a problem. There are so many storage units in the area why would I bother. This is just my experience hopefully it is unique to this location. However I am still leaving a terrible review because I had a very terrible experience.
