Shawn Yeatman at the Rockhill Rd location is awesome. He was detailed & helpful in every way. He's full of good advice too. Although my aunt is missing an expensive tall standing walker with armrests, Shawn has gone above & beyond to help us locate it. He has also suggested assisted living facilities in the area that may be a good match. We were grateful to have his help. HOWEVER, since closing the account & removing all of her belongings, my aunt is convinced that several other things are missing. We believe someone has stolen coats and suitcases full of personal items. Someone took full advantage of the fact that Auntie was confined in a rehab facility for medical care, then stole what he wanted and prepared to auction off what was left. Not good business practices at all. My advice is to keep itemized lists of everything placed in storage & take pictures of what's there. My aunt was victimized. God will certainly repay whoever did this.
