Abbey's customer service and personality is A++++ . she is a great customer services. In my opinion they should give her a raise or a bonus the way that she treats people and really nice.

Abbey was so AMAZING! I went to the office to pay a family members bill. . The information that I had wasn’t correct. The patients and understanding that Abbey conveyed to me was sincere and compassionate. She not only assisted me with gaining the information that was required, but offered for my family member a way to help him with his storage unit. She offers customer service to which I haven’t seen in a very long time. She is a huge asset to this storage company. With so many offered in the area, I’m sure my family member will recommend for whomever to be sure and ask for “Abbey”! Keep up the Great Work!
