Darnell, the assistant manager was extremely helpful, walked me through the entire process and made me totally comfortable about my new experience with extra space. 'Hello, my experience meeting Darnell was very professional. He was very well spoken. And well groomed. I left cube smart to come to your facility because it was a lot better and more affordable. Darnell greated me a pleasant smile and hello. I don't normally speak ill of other people and other businesses. However, the comparison is night and day and I can't help but make the statements which are true. My conversations with these individuals and area manager Tony, at CubeSmart were mentally exhausting, demoralizing, and devastating. My unit wasn't correct, wrong size. The girl NEVER walked me to check it with me, she left early, so I could not move in for 2 days. Then she put in the wrong phone number for my passcode, and I had a cancer patient with me who had chemotherapy treatment, who volunteered? to helped me move 5 chairs he re-upholstered for me. His shop is in the Berlin Farmers Market, and it took over two hours. Which shoulda took 20 minutes. We were out there for over 2 hours, trying to get in. And speaking with management (Tony - Area Manager) was like talking to someone that undrain your toilets. I LOVE that you have a bathroom, right, by the entrance cube smart, you had to walk around to the whole building and they only had one bathroom. I also enjoy the fact that you have music playing and your facility is very, very clean. I did not experience that. At my last location and the person that was on duty was never available and they never answered the phone. It always went to a voicemail prompt, and no one ever contacted me back. Coming to your facility, was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much, and I also appreciate The size of my unit and the price. Again, I'd like to thank you very much.
