Always friendly and helpful and always had a complete explanation on what was available to me at the different pricing levels which was key in my decision to go with Extra Space Storage. Will and Giovanna have been an extreme pleasure to deal with. UPDATE 02/27/25: Since my last review I have rented 2 more units and the last of them was today and the experience was just as great as the last two. April who is fairly new at this location was accommodating to helping me with acquiring the correct unit for my needs. Like Will and Giovanna , April has great customer service skills and hopefully will be a permanent fixture at this location! Now I have only one complaint and it's not with the staff , it's with the company itself. You can no longer pay for a year in advance for the web special's. When I started renting here it was 2 years , then one year and now 6 months......c'mon Extra Space at least let's go back to a year or extend the offer to your repeat , loyal customers. Other than that , great location love the access and the cleanliness is spot on. Thanks again for a great experience and keep it going!
