Don as friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything as a first time renter.

I went into Extra Space with an issue and the store manager Don McKay fixed the problem in less than 5 mins. He showed me what I did wrong and helped me get into a unit that would fit all of my things. He has an amazing attitude and explained everything with great detail. I will definitely recommend this facility to whoever needs it!! Thank you so so much Mr. McKay!!
