Extra Space Storage

I went to extra space needing information on a storage unit that I was interested in. It was not my first renting through them, but this was a more comfortable experience. Malissa was very welcoming and I mean very welcoming. Greeted me with a nice smile answered every question I needed and she also tried accommodating this for me. I’m going into the service and she made me feel like my decision on storing there was the right one. Thanks Malissa for everything. Definitely this facility a 10/10.

Milissa and her team are very helpful, friendly, and professional, and I am so far very happy I chose to use Extra Space Storage. I wanted to reserve a storage unit a couple of months in advance. The online system only allows for reservations 2 weeks ahead of time. Milissa assisted me with setting up the reservation and then kept in touch to confirm I still wanted the reservation. When the time finally came to get the unit and begin the lease, she explained everything I needed to know and made the process very easy to set up the lease and begin using the unit.
