This place sells your items we talked to the lady saying will be making a late payment and she said she understood as soon as we was gonna pay they told us they sold it to people and we had valuable memories pictures and family items this is very disrespectful putting our trust for a service to have our valuables memories just to sell them to people who probably threw our valuable memories and one more thing the lady at the front to told me to put a 5 star review just to open our storage and if we signed a contract a lady told us its not important just to sign to get our storage and we were also new to the place hopefully this does not happen to anyone

Jon was covering and so very helpful and gave excellent service.
