They make it very easy to store things safely. Bright and clean facilities, and Chelsea was awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

Beware - choose another company if you don't want to pay skyrocketing costs for your storage unit! Only rent short term here for a few months or you will pay too much. I am paying about double what I was 2.5 years ago when I first rented the 10x20 unit. I received a postcard saying my cost is now $485.65 per month!!! The online the price for the same unit is $143 and they have some available. This constant jacking up of the price isn't the way to treate valued customers. Friends with storage units at other companies have not experienced the same crazy increases. I would move my things to another place but that is of course an expense and headache, and Extra Space Storage knows this and it is why they feel they can price gouge. Very disappointed and frustrated.
