The check in process to obtain a unit was extremely easy. Regina Shine the store manager was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She explained all the options and worked with us to obtain everything we needed.

Regina is awesome!! She really gets it and is simply the best example of a value added service representative I could think of. I had to reduce my storage unit size and she went above and beyond by not only finding me a new unit but making sure it was close to my previous one to make it easier to move my belongings between them.
