Was fine until three months in they raised my rate by more than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. They gave 30 days notice, but I would’ve never signed at the rate they arbitrarily moved it to. Classic bait and switch crooks.

Easy online set up through the website for the location you want. Also easy set up account access via texting and app access to gated location. Storage set up comes through quickly after online setup. Only issue was that a lock comes with it that you have to pay for (possibly returned if not opened).

Great location for me. The gate is usually open whenever I go to my storage unit and it automatically opens on my way out. Price is great so are ALL of the representatives I've had contact with. If I could give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s I would.
