Absolutely wonderful experience when I came in to rent my unit. First month free.
The manager, Dina and Michael were very friendly and accommodating. Even though they had to rewrite my lease due to the call center misspelled my last name by dropping 1 letter when I reserved the unit the process went very quickly. AND THE BEST THING - the cost of my unit here vs the unit I was transferring from at 1 of their competitors was almost $20/mth less!!

Ace was very helpful with upgrading my inlaws container...would recommend talking to Ace at the whiting location

Very friendly, efficient and great storage spaces.

Deena was the store manager at the facility in Whiting which we used. She was friendly and great to work with and kept the facility in great shape. Even when we told her we going to move to another storage company, she was friendly, professional and explained the procedure clearly. The facility was conveniently located but the price just got too high to stay there. We moved to another facility about 10 minutes away for less than half the price. Granted, some value-adds aren't available but those aren't as important to us as price. While we were clearing out our unit, another couple was clearing out their's and told us price was the reason they were leaving also.
