Extra Space Storage

Needed a place closer to us for storage. Visited today and rented. Employees were knowledgeable and super friendly! Glad we came by and look forward to moving our stuff!!!! Thank you Joe!

Accomidating nd friendly Tina at the desk was the start of a great experience. She clearly explained the whole rental process, completed my enrollment swiftly and was helpful in roccomending the unit i needed. The storage unit was clean and climate controlled and I feel safe in knowing my belongings are in a secure enviroment. The only issue I have is having mandatory insurance on a declared value, with no promise I will recieve the amount i claim. Patrons should be able to choose if they want to risk the possibility of recieving no payoff for a loss, especially if there is no guaranteed payoff of $2000 ( the value of the policy I chose). Also priced was increased twice in a 12 month period with no prior warning, $90 more in 12 months

This is the first time renting a storage unit. Tina at Life Storage was so helpful answering all my questions and making the process so easy. The unit was exaclty as Tina explained. Thank you Tina!
