Extra Space Storage

I came in the day after thanks giving, there were 2 people ahead of me and it had just turned 9:30am. Marlo was extremely prepared for what to anyone else would seem like a stressful situation. She handled everything gracefully, mind you my request wasnt an easy one, but she made it seem easy. I am extremely satisfied with this place!— update to a later date i called with some questions and Jake brilliantly answered everything.. these employees are top notch!

At first I was kind of disappointed when I called to make my initial reservation over the phone with the corporate number, they booked me with a locker that I needed a ladder to get to ? I ended up calling back the actual location this morning & then I met Marlo & everything fell into place! She helped me find a unit & that wasn’t in the sky & reviewed the lease agreement with me! It also helped that she was so sweet!
She really changed up the whole interaction, I was definitely ready to fight for a refund for something that wasn’t her issue but she really took a minute to give me my options & didn’t get frustrated with me, which I appreciated SOO much!

The set up was fast , ready to move things

Jake was awesome and helped me get set up in our new parking spot and gave me a walk through of the yard.

My experience here at Extra space has been excellent. Jake has been extremely helpful from the communication to the hospitality to working with me thru my concerns. The facility is clean and easily accessible.
