The facility is VERY nice. However they have a shortage of carts, and the quick access phone app to open the doors and elevator does not work. The lack of carts is because people steal them. The app not working is in part because they haven’t set it up and they need wireless.
UPDATE 1/17/25
I waited 45 minutes for a cart before loading up without one. The parking lot was empty. The CSR couldn’t have been less helpful, her attitude was abysmal.
UPDATE 1/24/25
No carts on arrival. Loaded elevator up box by box. Held the elevator up for a while. Two other customers were looking for carts and visibly frustrated.
