Staff was great and attentive , the units need more tlc, there was a leak in ours but the staff worked fast to fix and report the damages. Over all yes I'd use them again. The rates could use adjusting for persons staying for long stayes. Team was great.

such a pleasure , just so easy and helpful

We had only half an hour left to put all our items into the ExtraSpace new Unit when my daughter and I arrived at 1060 Wyckoff Avenue in Brooklyn this past Sunday. It was obvious that we couldn’t have completed our task without the awesome and empathetic assistance of the agent (Eric) who was there — once again, tons of thanks Eric! He took his personal time to see to it that we put everything into our unit! That meant a great deal to us!!! Excellent experience, indeed!
