Extra Space Storage

Had a bit of an issue booking a unit online, I was able to contact customer service, they provided me with the direct number for the office of the location I was booking and Danielle was very helpful, and made it possible for me to complete my reservation online, great service, highly recommended.

Ricky, the manager at 1 South Street, GC location was fantastic in walk-through and offering information regarding facility and storage unit alternatives. Ricky very enthusiastic a displayed his love of his job. Been renting space at competitor facilities since 2006 and found Ricky transparent and knowledgeable to support my decision.
