When receiving a notice with such an unreasonable hike in rent price for our unit we were happy to be greeted by Jeff who helped us come to a more reasonable resolution. Jeff was not only helpful but extremely kind. Jeff has helped me reconsider my decision to no longer use extra space storage. His professionalism, expertise, and ability to resolve my issue timely led me to leave such a great review. Jeff should train all employees. He is most certainly an asset to Extra Space Storage.
