The Property Manager, Dennis, is very friendly and professional. He takes the time to make sure understand your contract and storage options. The property is well kept and he ensures that your new unit has been well maintained before you transition into the space. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, Dennis addresses it immediately. He is reachable; answers the phone and returns calls in a timely manner.

I would have given four stars but they just raised my rate $100 in one month. If it is not adjusted I will be leaving. The facility is nice and easy to access when needed.
I have to say the staff is excellent. Everybody who I have dealt with from the beginning and up to now has been very nice and very helpful. I always get a live person on the phone and they really do seem to care about anything that I may bring up.
