I have had a storage space with this company for over 10 years.
I started using them when I opened my business.
While I always found them easy to deal with they always kept my belongings safe, that is not what I want to talk about.
I got old and sick. I could not afford the space but when I recently tried to my unit by myself the exertion and the cold almost put me in the hospital.
The manager called a few days ago because he knew that my locker was no longer secured by a lock.
I told him that I needed to end my lease and get my stuff, mostly garbage now, out and dispose of it. But I couldn't physically do it and asked for more time to make my monthly payment. To my surprise he closed out the lease, emptied the unit and disposed of the now useless samples there.
I could ill afford it but I offered to pay the labor and carting costs. He refuse the money.
Good company, honest fair prices and, more importantly in this day and age, good people who actually care.
