Excellent service in person very knowledgeable. Biometric keys on phone fantastic feature to access site and elevator. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

This is the 2nd time I am renting a storage unit from Extra Space Storage in Commack. The staff is excellent. They are helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this location.

What a pleasant experience!! James was efficient and answered so many questions for us. He helped us find the perfect unit and plan for what we were looking for last minute! Gave us a personal tour and was very patient with our hundreds of questions. The other gentleman working with him was awesome as well. He signed us up quickely and helped get us set up with access to unit and a thorough actual walk through explaining step by step all we needed to know. 10/10 would recommend!!
