Extra Space Storage

Saw the ad on the elevator to 'convince others to come here' or whatever. My niece summed it up perfectly last time she had to come with me to pay my fee. 'They're really nice here', though she didn't realize there's only one guy here even though it gets so busy I've been waiting in line to speak with him. This dude needs either extra help at this place, higher pay, or both.
