I don’t like how the fee keeps changing!

Initial lease was for $97. A month ago, I was charged $173. When I called, I was told it was due to “market fluctuations”. I’m not sure which market they’re viewing, but there certainly hasn’t been on with a 56% increase in 3 months. I called and I was told there was nothing that could be done to help me, as it is detailed in my lease. I asked if they could send me a copy of my lease, to which they replied “you were given a copy when you first rented your unit.”

After takeover didn’t take long to raise prices.
