Extra Space Storage

If I had to use two words to describe this Extra Space location, it would be as follows. THEY’RE. AWESOME. This is the best storage experience I’ve had in my life (and I’ve had to deal with the nuances of a lot of big moves these past few years) and this location specifically was so helpful to me. I’ve been shopping around a lot and recently had a poor experience with a Public Storage in Hauppauge (They are snakes! Never trust a Public Storage!) and this location helped me make my storage needs easy. I’m able to get everything I need right here in the store thanks to the wonderful and patient staff. I’d like to give a shout out to Brianna specifically for being a superstar, she’s made this part of my move much less stressful on me already. Can’t wait to tour a unit soon! Hope you guys take my word as law on this one- Extra Space is absolutely positively dynamite! - Gerry

Place is fine but in less than a year they have raised my price from 300 a month to over 500 dollars a month w no real explanation… my current space is less than 1/2 the size of my previous space and is more expensive…. This is unacceptable … I will be looking
To find alternative space for my items after the new year

The place was named life storage when I got my unit in July/Aug. got a great rate. Dominque is amazing. It was clean, well lit and easy access. When extra bought it my rate doubled, then 4 months in my rate doubled. So not happy about that.

I have much to say about Extra Space in Farmingdale NY, the location is great they train there employees well and staff at this facility really trying to give you service and information you need to make a decision on how much space you may or not need, I'm making a storage transition from loose material to boxes and bins and the staff there could not be more polite and helpful.The new employee Felicia already has the capacity to run the whole facility by herself as she is always ready to facilitate any and all of the customers storage needs, she was trained well by the Extra Space staff or team leader.
