HORRIBLE way of doing business. I signed an agreement for a monthly rate. I was told if I paid up front I could lock in the rate. I could only afford 6 months at a time so I did that. He said it could go up a little bit if I don’t pay in advance. 6 months passes and I get something in the mail saying my monthly rate will be going up over $100 a month!! Went to the office to speak to the manager about it and he basically said oh well that’s the new price and If it doesn’t work for me I can go elsewhere. I don’t mind paying a little more but $100+ is insane! Would not recommend going here.

My experience at this facility was quick, painless and inexpensive. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable on my needs and extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend him, and the storage facility. I wouldn’t use any other storage facility

I am deeply saddened and disturbed; by the abusive behavior, that the so called new owner perpetuated today. My family has done business with company for many years and my mother a 70 year old senior citizen was harassed and threatened today by the owner. He berated and tried to intimidate her that she wasn't allowed to receive her delivery of water and soda because it is perishable. Water and soda is not perishable, so his ignorance is also concerning. My mother tried to explain it's not perishable and she was putting it right into her car anyway. Her menacingly hovered over her and threatened that after our contract is up we will be thrown out. He also threatened the delivery guy, that he wasn't allowed to deliver to this location. I am appalled at how this company could employ someone like this or support elder abuse. A grown man shouldn't be allowed to intimidate and harrass a 70 year old senior citizen. This harassment over soda and water which again are not perishable, is completely reprehensible and i will continue to notify everyone in my community, the standards that this business practice endorses are abusive.
