I wouldn’t recommend. They raised my monthly price from $149 to $242 after just a month. You can find something more reasonable & affordable

I was told by an employee that I could verify my ID on the app, so I did. Yet when I showed up last night at 9pm with a truck full of my belongings my account was suspended, I was told by the woman on the phone that the manager had to verify my ID in person so I had to drive back to the city with a full truck and have to continue renting the truck until I can see the manager on Monday on top of paying for a second day of movers now, the person on the emergency hotline made zero effort to try to fix the problem I hope they make this right
