Extra Space Storage

I'm a client from Spring, TX. I had to relocate my business storage in a matter of days after losing my manager. Brendan made the transition quick and painless. He broke down some benefits that I didn't get at my previous location as well. Between the amenities and the customer service I couldn't be happier.

Easiest transaction - reserved a unit online, got a phone call from the office confirming, and went in to sign agreement. Brendan was very thorough and helpful in explaining the contract. Highly recommend to anyone needing extra storage.

We began renting month-to-month this past weekend and we had the pleasure of working with Clarence at the Lindenhurst location. He was super nice and explained everything very quickly and effectively, and I felt very comfortable asking him any questions that I needed to. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the procedures. The location was very clean. There was no paper on the floor and they look like they had recently been waxed and swept.

EDIT: I knew it was too good to be true. Three months after I left this review, they jacked up my rent from $139 to $250 with one month notice … so I had to scramble to find a new storage facility after only three months. It’s a tremendous waste of time, thank God there is a holiday this month or I would’ve have taken a day off work. As it is, I had to rent a U-Haul, which is another expense.
It’s a bait & switch basically. You move in at a reasonable rate, then they jack up the rent after three months and then they have your stuff. I’m just lucky enough that I have the resources to move it so quickly again.
