Extra Space Storage

Took a small unit one year ago at $27 a month. Now, just one year later, we are paying $72 a month. It's not worth it. I've used other facilities in the past and have never seen such excessive rate increases.

I’m here today to share my wonderful experience I had at the Hauppauge Extra Space with an employee named Brianna. She was a professional and knowledgable person who took the time to really advise my storage needs. After the nightmare that was my time at PUBLIC STORAGE, I am hopeful to be renting from this location soon.

First time ever renting a storage unit and let me tell you how easy going Brianna and Matt were and how easy the process was to rent. The main reason why we went with Extra Space storage is because of how kind and transparent they were with us, that’s what really won me over. If you’re hesitating or looking for a rental go with them! :)

This was my first time with my sister renting a storage unit and Brianna and Matt have been amazing and super nice, made the process much easier than I thought! The manager also seems really nice as we spoke to him for a moment as well! Definitely have great customer service and would recommend others to this location!
