Extra Space Storage

First time ever renting a storage unit and let me tell you how easy going Brianna and Matt were and how easy the process was to rent. The main reason why we went with Extra Space storage is because of how kind and transparent they were with us, that’s what really won me over. If you’re hesitating or looking for a rental go with them! :)

This was my first time with my sister renting a storage unit and Brianna and Matt have been amazing and super nice, made the process much easier than I thought! The manager also seems really nice as we spoke to him for a moment as well! Definitely have great customer service and would recommend others to this location!

The units are clean and facilities organized and everything in working condition. Support staff is very helpful and Veronica and Angela are a pleasure to work with and of great help. Chris the Hauppauge Supervisor or whatever his job title may be has been difficult to deal with and seems to make up rules on the fly just to be irritating to the customer. This guy could use some customer service training.

Chris the manager of this location is amazing. Very reliable reasonable and helpful. The units are clean and well lit. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make what can be a very stressful situation as stress free as possible. We actually needed additional units the day of our move and they were able to get us additional units on the spot honoring the web prices as well. I would highly recommend the storage facility.
