Extra Space Storage

Chris the manager of this location is amazing. Very reliable reasonable and helpful. The units are clean and well lit. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make what can be a very stressful situation as stress free as possible. We actually needed additional units the day of our move and they were able to get us additional units on the spot honoring the web prices as well. I would highly recommend the storage facility.

Christopher and the black lady who works the front desk are rude for no apparent reason. Especially the black lady. DO NOT COME HERE. They raise the prices up. They have nothing better to do then watch till I come so they can immediately lock the bathroom door. They always want to lock the bathroom door. I'm not paying over 100 dollars just so I can have an accident on myself while loading and unloading. Been here for over 2 years. They would never lock the bathroom door during day time hours. Maybe at all. I don't remember. I asked the man why is the bathroom locked all the time now. He said only on weekends. That was a lie.

The facility is very clean, very secure, and well-lit. Chris made us feel comfortable right off the bat, and walked us right through the access process and helped us find our unit. He was extremely kind and personable, and 100% helped make a new experience easy for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone else!
