They DOUBLED my rent without any notice. And when I asked they said it's supply and demand and they can raise it whatever they want. Nice way to keep customers - NOT
If you do an intro rate they will raise it as soon as that's up. And not by a reasonable amount. They won't even tell you how much ?.
Also the place is dusty, damp even in dehumidified areas, the elevator breaks, the carts or old and rickety. It just plain is a shady rip off.
It used to be good but this new owner is horrible.
I know lots of people are leaving. I'm so glad to be out.

what a really great professional and courteous staff at the facility. they are just so helpful. and the storage units are fabulous. And the location could be better.
