This facility in Hampton Bays just off 27 is convenient to anyone who might live in the Hamptons but needs storage. It is also well maintained. My one complaint is that they are constantly raising my rate—basically every 6 months. The good news is that Mary, who has been working there for at least the two years I have rented, has been extremely helpful in helping me moderate these rate increases. Sure would be nice if the powers that be would stop with their every-6-month increases. It’s been worse than the facility in Manhattan from which I moved.
