$150 for a 5x10 with limited access? For someone who might be storing month to month, it's extremely overpriced. The online AND entry-level pricing does not reflect what you'll be paying in 3-4mos. The last line of the lease contract will tell you what the 'true cost' of your unit is. Don't overlook this. Evelyn is awesome, however.
