Extra Space Storage

This place is a bunch of con artists they increase your rates without any notice and then charge insanely high late fee for not paying the increased amount you didn't know about and when you call them about it they say they sent out a notice 6 days before your bill is due ny law is 30 day notice and their website doesn't show the increased amount when you go pay your bill for the month you got these so called late fees don't rent from these people

Personnel, both on the phone and at the store, were friendly and helpful. Good value and convenient terms. Will use again.

Rented 2 separate times form Extra Space, had a rental here for 4 months just to have them change my rental dues from $66 to $132/month, it’s a joke, they’re a terrible company. Moved my storage to Store More For Less. If you need storage contact Rachel.
