Good price and the location isn’t that bad. I live in Syracuse so it’s like a 15 mins drive. The day I moved in it was snowing and the manager came down from the other store and shoveled out my unit. So far I have no complaints. I got an outside 10 x 10 unit, also check office hours to make sure someone is there if you need assistance moving into a unit.

The Business of renting a storage unit was handled very smoothly all my questions were answered and payment was effortless
The young man that assisted me was very professional knowledgeable polite and understanding
