Heather has provided the support I have needed in a very challenging situation. She was very open-minded as I needed to transfer units from what was originally rented. She has provided a complimentary hand truck which has really helped given the loss of the van that could have helped me move my belongings into the rental units. She has also provided me with complimentary locks which has helped since I invested in the less secure ones in the past. I wish that Heather could be given the accolades necessary to help enable her to continue as an employee beyond her plan for retirement. I wish she was given more of an opportunity and incentive so she can be so valuable that her spare time in the office could be replaced with intrinsically motivating activities. Please reconsider your bonus criteria and enable professional growth in her regardless of her age. Lauren Nettina
