I would give zero stars if I could.....Absolutely horrible service, we started with one price, was told over the phone another price that it would be fixed to something that still was NOT reasonable but was forced to take that price , which was never fixed to begin with and now our stuff gets jacked up 60$!! For what??!! Nothing extra is being given to us at all!!!! and not one of these units is worth the price they are charging. Don't go here because you will be swindled and ripped off. There's other places with price lock guarantees. There should be absolutely no reason to jack anybodys rent up 60$ then continue to charge renters insurance on top to make a price go up even more. And they won't let you decline renters insurance either. I wish I never even chose this place to rent from if I knew all this trouble was gonna happen.....

Customer service was great! Bill was excellent , guided me through the whole process n showed me around! Definitely made the right choice!!!!
