I was recently found myself in an unexpected situation and quickly needed to find a storage unit for my belongings. In a state of panic, I called multiple storage facilities in the area to obtain more information. My last call was to Extra Space Storage, and I spoke to a representative name Julie. I was clueless about the process and required insurances and Julie provided me with all the information I needed. Based on her excellent customer service, I decided right away that I should obtain a storage unit at this location. Julie was very professional and helped me through a difficult situation, and in this day in age - she was much appreciated. Thank you again for being so patient with me.
