Extra Space Storage

We had a unit here for more than eight years while we traveled full time, so it contained a lot of sentimental items, which meant I was really particular when choosing storage in the first place. It’s been owned by several different companies in that time, but the ownership transitions have always been seamless, and we’ve always felt that our belongings were safe. Chris has been a pleasure to deal with, and though we’ve now moved everything out and into a house, l wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again if needed.

Absolutely worst place ever. Not even 6 months here and my unit was leaking and they offered a different one but I don’t have time it should leak in the first place. Now winter came. Cool. There’s snow up to my knees against my unit and I froze my hands off pulling snow away to get it open. Nope. It’s frozen shut too. Oh sorry we only pay for plowing. WHATS THE POINT OF PLOWING IF THE SNOW IS PUSHED UP AGAINST YOUR UNIT?! Can’t even get in it’s frozen shut. Plus it went up over 30 extra in under 6 months. Thanks a lot I didn’t need my stuff.

Great service helpful in determining my needs . Made the process very easy

I had an excellent experience at this storage facility. First of all, Chris was incredibly friendly and helpful. I always enjoyed my interactions with him. The second thing is, he was incredibly fast at responding to messages about my contract, I’m talking minutes. When we finally ended our contract, I called and he had gone over and inspected the unit, and closed out the account and texted me within 10 minutes.

The location is perfect, it’s easy to get in and out. We had climate controlled unit on the second floor, and there was both a doorway and sort of a garage sized doorway that you could move things in and out of. The elevator always worked, and honestly, we just had no problems

We didn’t store any food or anything, but the other thing I could say is, I’d never saw a single vermin or any evidence of any vermin. You could eat off before of my storage unit if you wanted to, if you’re into that sort of thing.

All in all, I’m thrilled that I chose them for my storage needs and I highly recommend this place, and I highly recommend Chris as it’s manager.
