Hi! My name is Zena and I am a business owner that has been needing to use storage facilities for the past few years in order to store my belongings until I can restart my business. I’ve had very upsetting experiences at other facilities, so when I came here I was very happy this place has been the best experience. The facility is clean and convenient, the customer sevice is great. Especially with the current store manager, Audrey and Ty their assistance is so appreciated. There is no other stores I would rather be with, I am grateful-for all their help!

Lawrence was excellent in helping me get a new storage unit, Alexis was fantastic in helping me get my old storage unit adjusted!

This is my first time renting a storage unit.
It only took a few months to realize, how people would lose their belongings in this dirty business of storage rental.

You start at one amount and within 3-4 months they double the price. They send you a notice that, they are increasing your unit and seriously it will be doubled.

You have to call to negotiate a lesser amount. So, instead of 100% increase they'll make it 50% increase.

3-4 months later, the cycle begins again. You could literally, start off paying $88 for a 10' x 8' and within a year you are paying close to $300 or more.

It continues, non stop increases.
You are definitely not informed when you sign the paperwork. After all, you have so much going on at the time of moving from one place to another. Happy to have found a reasonable storage unit. The first thing they will ask you 'DID YOU READ YOUR PAPERWORK'. My answer is: Why wouldn't you tell me!!

People move out. Your unit price increases!
Which is why people are moving out as soon as they can or losing their belongings.

You thought you had a good deal going in.
That was certainly SHORT- LIVED!!!
