Very thorough explanation of transparent fees and charges. Very clean and well-lit area. I was impressed with the security cameras also. Mostly, it was the customer service we received from Tyler that made us know we had made the right decision for our storage needs.

I’m extremely happy with the Erie, PA Extra Space Storage! I made all arrangements online and by phone from another state, sight unseen. Their staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone, and the website sign up process was easy and accurate. I arrived weeks later after driving for hours in the snow to find everything exactly as specified. The facilities are clean and in great condition. It's easy to pull inside the building to unload. I found my space and there was a lock waiting for me, as planned. Thanks, Extra Space!
