Extra Space Storage

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Ken. What a great guy! He was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to find the most efficient and economical solution to accommodate our needs. Based on our experience over the years, I’d highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

Nick was awesome. I have never been offered water or help until he caught me unloading some heavy equipment. Customer service is everything in my industry so I really appreciated the kind gesture.

Moved in February, 3 months later my rent has now doubled. Wonder how much it'll be in 6 more months? Only time will tell! Funny, the communication about everything else is great- texts, and emails, but the rent increase was sent on a tiny postcard-sized mailer. Otherwise, the facility is clean and safe. The carts are not always in the buildings to move your belongings but overall it's better than living with all my junk.

UPDATE-
7 months later, I got my note card-sized mailer with the rent increase notice.

Knowledgeable manager. Reasonable rates. Place kept tidy.
