Extra Space Storage

I have been with this storage for over a year. I recently purchased truck parking and my truck was getting returned so I called and told him I needed to cancel it after Friday mistakenly I wasn’t able to call to do the payment for Friday. Monday being Martin Luther King can’t call. So Tuesday today I call to get everything taken care of and they’re trying to bill me for a whole month a truck parking even though my truck hasn’t been there since last week and we have text messages saying I needed to cancel it. Their reasoning on not honoring the text message was because I was supposed to call which I take accountability for now calling which I should’ve had, but I thought we had a better relationship since I’ve been with this Storage pretty much since I opened my moving company. I always recommend their facility to all my clients looking for storages so I thought it was a slap in the face. They can text me asking me for reviews for the facility to reach the number, but they can’t text me and say hey if you can’t call today, we’re going to run your bill for the rest of the month even though your truck is no longer in their lot.

I have been using Extra Space for over a year now. Liz has always been so helpful with rates and helping me with whatever I have needed. Definitely recommended using Extra Space if you need a storage unit.
